PRG CARD BEING ALL METAL

I remember seeing some people say they got an all metal card while others received a metal card with some type of plastic in the back, what's the difference. I just spoke to a rep and requested a new metal card but for it to be all metal front and back instead of it being metal and plastic. Does anyone have an all metal card or got a contactless by default?
