Long distance trails in PA (over 175 miles)

I am looking for a trail to thru hike the summer of 2020 because i will have graduated high school and will be looking for an adventure before college. Are there any lengthy trails besides the AT that run through PA or MD? I have already looked into the Mid State Trail but I am worried about the rumors of limited camping and the lack of resupplies. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
