My crippling (subjective) panic attacks from 2015
It was 2015. I just started high school. I used to watch a lot of scary science videos (discussing about dangerous chemicals, etc.) out of curiosity for learning. I've been watching this sort of stuff for about 3 years (I think) and it didn't affect be acutely. Little did I know, that they have been indeed accumulating into an avalanche of, what I can only describe as AAAAA. At the beggining of 2015, I feared anything and everything that I slightly suspected to be contaminated (kinda like a germaphobe, but it includes chemicals) even if they weren't. I couldn't eat, sleep or do what I loved to do. The only thing that would put my mind at relative ease was approval from a doctor (or someone authorative/qualified) that I'm OK. I eventually grew out of it, but it still (rarely) affects me.
