How do I beat his holiness second stage.

This has to be the most frustrating boss fight in all of gaming. What the hell were the devs thinking. Hey let's make a boss that hides in bubble where he receives no damage and let's make him run into a statue for protection when that bubble bursts.

I have no idea how to go about this. I'm never able to get to him after I break the first shield because he just floats to the saviour and my timing's not good enough to buster the saviour's attack, wtf kinda boss is this, it's not interesting or fun just cheap and frustrating, and it's a huge step down from fighting a great boss like Dante just minutes earlier. That dude killed me 5 times but I never got frustrated because of how much fun it was, this is just shit.
