Boss making weird inappropriate comments to minors

Hey yall,was having issues finding answers to this question, but I work at a local grocery store in Virginia and the nightshift guy continuously makes absurdly weird comments all shift and has even taken to as far as whispering the weird comments into the kids ears.

One of the guys is 16, and the manager told him to go restock a shelf, as the kid was doing it, the manager went over and excuse the vulgarity of this and yelled "HEY, hurry the fuck up and stock the shelf before I fuck you in the ass and stock it myself". and he is just all around making these weird comments that always sound like he's going to rape someone and all the comments involve the weird "penis" and "ass". he's mainly doing it to just the males, the female workers said he doesn't really talk to him. he is friends with the owner of the store so the owner doesn't take the complaints seriously.

he also refers to me as "butt fucker" and "pussy" all the time. is there anyway we can get him in league trouble? this atmosphere is just completely uncomfortable and weird. are we allowed to record him while working and show this to the police? we've gone through a lot of workers because of this guy, as parents come in, scream at him and their kids obviously quit. I'm strongly considering quitting, but feel bad for the kids who work here.
