Are women and old people easier to beat the shit out of?

The one question I thought I’d never legitimately ask. I was going around trying to make a few bucks in Saint Denis, tackling and clubbing NPCs and looting them. I ended up taking down a woman and she was done in one punch, same with this old dude. Seems like they’re easy targets id that’s the case. Women seem to drop the expensive jewelry.
