please help. mouse becomes unresponsive at times

so as the title says sometimes i cant use my mouse. i can still look around by moving my mouse but my left click and right stop working. also, sometimes if i go right with my mouse my cursor appears, when this happens i cannot click. but when i go left a little, my cursor disappears and i can click. but it is VERY FRUSTRATING to handle in a match and sometimes i dont want to go left obviously...

ive tried to trouble shoot for the past few hours. ive turned off discord overlay and i run the regular smite client (not steam). it is also definitely not my mouse. any suggestions are greatly appreciated. its very disheartening to play with....
