Consecrated Path+ COC blade flurry or vortex?

Hey guys, I'm usually fairly casual with new league but I want to try my hand at creating my own build but I'm really not sure where to start. I've watched Engineering Eternities beginner videos and even followed a few of his guides. Guess I'm looking for advice for what spell to throw on CoC, or even if this idea is viable. I love consecrated path and its mobility and I definitely want to try a CoC build since it's been a while.
