I think most conservatives would agree that the pro-life part of the problem is not best handled by government. Private charities usually are able to solve most problems such as adoption and foster care more effectively than government can. Additionally, Conservatives tend to give more to pro-life charities than those on the other side of the aisle for this reason. This isn’t a knock on the morality of those on the left, conservatives don’t see it as a governmental issue and others do.
