What are some good general runes for Gnar (including secondary runes and stuff like that)

I’m mastery 5 with Gnar and is my most played champ. But I have no damn clue what some good general runes are. I know that there’s ffw, aery, and pta (I think) but I NEED to know more. I especially want some suggestions for the secondary runes. Also, extra props to @MrPopperLoL for being a helper in the Gnar reddit with many questions.
