I'm sad, disappointed and surprised.

Because Battlefield was one of the breath taking games I started my gaming with. I proudly said that Battlefield was my absolute favorite series of games. It was like nothing else with huge combats with awesome vehicles and guns. It was never perfect but it was still The Battlefield that everyone knew and respected (or hated lol) I could just drown myself in immersive battles where I could choose different roles and still make myself usually somewhat important to the game.

Sadly, I don't get that same feeling with the new games. They never felt like the battlefields I knew and loved. I did and do still enjoy them and the graphics are still stunning but it's not what it used to be.

I have no idea what Dice and EA have done in the past few years but the series has changed so much to the worse I can't even recommend the games with confidence. If we could have the good mechanics, graphics and gunplay of the newer games put to the past ones, it would be amazing. But I really doubt that Dice will learn and be able to bring back the old feelings. To my understanding their team has changed somewhat a lot which also probably has a huge part.

That's just my opinion tho. I'm always happy to read and see positive comments about BFV and BF1. I never want this amazing series to die and I want Dice to get on their feet again and make the best games they can without compromises.
