The forge needs a minimum power level to join

I know the recommended power to fight the enemies is 610. So that's not the minimum I'm talking about. What I'm talking about is the blueberries that are coming in SEVERELY under leveled.

My friend and I (me at 600 and him at 571 (he took a break from the game)) started up the forge and got paired with a 516. While my buddy has some difficulty in there at 571, he's not completely useless. I'm sure that 516 is incapable of even damaging anything.

So BUNGIE, amongst the changes being made to the forge, a minimum power level to enter when using matchmaking should be instituted. I'm not in the market to carry people through an activity that I'm barely learning the mechanics of. Once I'm at level, then I'll drag my friends through at my discretion.
