If I buy a moped for work only, is there a way to buy a second moped for work and use the first one for person use?

Can I buy a moped a few months before the end of a tax year for work only (self employed) and put it as part of my AIA. Then next year buy a second moped and put that as part of my AIA then transfer my first moped to personal use?
