Quoted $1400 for rim joist spray foam...can I do it myself with great stuff? I can easily access it all.

So got quoted for about 1400 to spray foam the rim joists in my house...but honestly I feel like I could do it. Only thing is the spray foam, I've seen packs on amazon but they don't seem promising. Could I buy a case of great stuff n spray that in between the rim joists? Even if I buy it by the can it'd still be cheaper than 1400. What do you guys think?
