Why can we still not see other player's custom emblems?

I've seen patch after patch go, and countless post about it. No fixes.

One of the big things I loved about Black Ops 4 was looking at and creating my own emblems.

Before anyone says I need to turn on "See user generated content" I have. My friends (6-10) of them cannot see other players emblems as well.

My Nat type is open as well.

​

Anyone have a fix or have this problem too?
