My younger brother is bullying a kid and my mother refuses to do anything.
Recently, my younger brother was suspended from school for harassing another student. He’s a fifth grader, the other student was also a fifth grader. He was suspended for punching the victim in the stomach and telling him to kill himself. (Only three days of suspension).
My mother didn’t punish him, and refused to do so. I’m ten years older than my brother and no longer live at home, so my attempt to speak to him was stopped by my mother, who told me that getting suspended for three days was punishment enough, as if missing class and staying home to play video games is punishment. The only punishment he had was suspension, and when I asked my mother what she did about it she told me nothing.
It’s just beyond me that nothing is being done by my mother. When asked what his punishment would be and suggestion of actual punishment or taking some of his shit away she acted as if I’m crazy to suggest such a thing. My brother doesn’t even seem remorseful, he things it was funny to torment the kid.
I personally was bullied as a kid, and telling people was scary because I didn’t believe anything would happen and it would get worse, and this kid had the courage to speak up about his bully and it seems as if nothing will happen, and more than likely my cunt of a brother will continue on tormenting this kid. I was always scared he would get bullied and I’d have to kick some child’s ass for bullying my brother, and come to find out he’s the bully. It’s disgusting that my mother refuses to punish him or even talk to him, and I’m disgusted to share any sort of relation to him.
