My phone has a wierd visual glitch. Any advice on how to fix it

Earlier this evening I noticed that my Android phone's background looks wierd. Apparently the UI my MusPic app has imprinted onto my phone screen. I'm not sure what this is called so I cant look up how to fix it. I tried turning it on and off again.

I took a picture on a blank page since it is hard to see. I'll attach link asap. Perhaps I can figure out out what might have caused it so I can avoid it in the future
