My 72 year old father-in-law got his account hacked. We need your help reddit!

My 72 year old father-in-law got his account hacked a couple weeks ago. We called Xbox support, there was a slight language barrier, but we gave them all the info they asked for including serial numbers and IP address. We waited, originally being told to expect a call within 48-72 hours, this never came. All that was recieved was an email asking if this was resolved. We replyed back that it hadn't and called support again to escalate the issue. Again, we recieved no contact other than two auto response emails a couple of days later saying the ticket was closed. After contacting Xbox support tonight they said we can only escalate this to the advocacy team once and now we are shit outta luck.

My father-in-law is a good dude. He is a retired veteran on a fixed income that loves playing CoD. He has sunk $2100 into digital download games over the years that are all tied to this stolen gamertag. This is a big loss for him.

We are throwing out a hail mary to you, Reddit. Any ideas? Hoping for a Christmas miracle.
