Kings rest’s council

So i did higher keys this week and its overall a pretty easy week. That being said whats wrong with the second to last boss in KR??

Am i doing something wrong or are they just overtuned? They have 4Mil each and the severing blade from the axe thrower ticks for 50+k on 15s and above

Looking for advices on this boss or just other complaints to make me feel better about the wipes
