Lost 20 ratings for no reason

I lost 20 ratings for no reason I was 820 rated 12 in a row 244 weekly points. Decided to play a game, I was searching for an opponent when it says my internet connection is not good and told me to log in to pes servers I did that and I also test my connection on my ps4.

The result was fine, logged in back to MyClub and searched for an opponent it says the same thing. I checked my phone, the connection was good, same as my TV. I restart my ps4 went back to MyClub and It says I disconnected twice. How? A match that I didn't play.

The funniest part was that I didn't see my opponents, I didn't play a single game. I don't know who to blame, other gadgets connected to my internet was working fine. I still have connection on my ps4 because I could see my online friends.

Since my streak ended it's never been the same. My players are just playing so shit. Can't even make 5 passes together. The inconsistency in PES online drives me away.
