Suggestions on parts $500 Budget?

I am in the process of closing a home and like to wiremEthernet to all the rooms. The home is a ranch style 3200 sq ft framed brick home. Basement would be the location for the box.

I am starting out with no equipment. I will need the following

• modem
• router,
• 24 port switch
• rack
• patch panel
• cat6 wires ( would 1000ft be ideal? )
• a wireless access point ( maybe 2 )
• keystones
• anything else you guys think i'm missing.

Comcast will be my ISP and currently it is running at 175 Down and 10 up.

I do have plans to install a POE Security system.

Would all of this be possible for around $500?
