Speakers + Computer Out of Sync

Hi all. My speakers are out of sync with any videos I watch on my computer. This includes Netflix, Hulu and YouTube. I have updated my Drivers for my sound card. I've tried both 3.5mm jack ports, one on the back from my motherboard and the one connected through a cable on the front of the PC. The PC is self built. I haven't had this issue before, it just started happening probably a week ago. I have contacted Netflix support. They weren't any help. I've made sure my Chrome is up to date. I've tried using Edge, while it works better, eventually it ends up out of sync as well. It's usually gradual. It's barely noticeable but then it ends being about 10 seconds off which is just really annoying to watch. Any ideas what it could be?

I have a MSI Z370 GAMING PLUS CFX ATX Motherboard.

Logitech Z313 speakers.
