How do we turn around the reputation of Hollywood Handbook fans?

I love HH and have for years but quite frankly, I don't like being a part of a group that is perceived as "the most annoying fanbase in podcasting". I'm not going to stop listening obviously, so what to do? Does anyone have any idea how to curb this?

Edit: Perhaps the Hollywood Handbook subreddit wasn't the place to push for online decorum.
