Really Hot CPU!!

So I was casually on my computer today and all of a sudden it turns off. So I simply went to turn it back on and it popped on for a second then instantly turned off again. I powered off my PSU and waited around 10 minutes. I booted back on and check some programs to see what was up. I saw that my CPU temperature was at 85-89 Celsius running almost idle. Even while monitoring it I saw it jump to 101. I have absolutely no clue of what is causing this. EDIT: I have a 1600X with a corsair H60. I also have the B350M.
