[PA] Topping NX4 or JDS C5D

Looking to get a portable dac/amp. Have narrowed it down to these 2. My headphones are the beyerdynamic dt 1990 pro(250 ohm) I will be using it with my Samsung Galaxy S9 (usb-c) and my ASUS laptop (usb-c)
