Motherboard errors

Ok, well this has been long overdue.

I bought and built my first computer a few months ago and everything worked great. Tested a few games, and everything seemed to check out. I then decided to download all of my drivers, which worked out fine. All except the motherboard. I downloaded the Aura sync software they have, and it recognized my ram. Cool, but what about the freaking motherboard. I went scrambling all over the internet, hoping to find answers. I watching this one video that LOOKED promising and said to delete all of my software on the motherboard and then reinstall it back on. I thought, why tf not and proceeded. But there was a problem. I couldn't. The picture attached above kept popping up for me. I couldn't install another copy of the software, and couldn't uninstall the copy I have. No joke it seems like a virus since I can't get it off. My motherboard is the ASUS B360-F. If someone could please help me out on this, holy hell that would mean the world.
