It looks like for months, Steelseries support has yet to make a statement about their product not working on PS4. Let's make sure someone's holiday isn't ruined by their silence.

I have been posting on their Amazon, YouTube and Instagram trying to bring awareness that their $200 Arctis Pro + Gamedac is not compatible with PS4 as advertised. Without voice chat, it renders the product useless. I researched for hours before purchasing the product, and not until I had the issue did I find mentions of it existing by searching specifically. Some customers asking for solutions all the way back in May, with no response of resolution. Let's make sure others don't spend their hard earned money on this product and gift a unusable product to their friends and family. Take to their social media accounts and let it be known their product is not compatible with PS4.
