Crashing issue?

Has anyone had a problem with Hwmonitor crashing their pc? Just installed it to monitor gpu voltages and temp. Was running it while playing DOS2 to see where my max Temps were hitting it. Hour later, computer crashes. Completely frozen. Hard to hard reset. My computer has NEVER done that. Just curious if anyone else has had the same problem with hwmonitor.
