Suggestions for using screens in dark room?
I just started a job at a new studio, and I'm put in a room with about 10 digital artists. Unfortunately they require the lights off for their best work, which means that when the sun goes down, my eyes just start KILLING staring at my monitors. I've got a small warm light lamp on my desk now, but it's still not sufficient. What can I do? Lower brightness/increase contrast on my monitor? Buy those silly gamer glasses? Any suggestions would help. My head and eyes are killing by the end of the workday every day. :(
