Can I get my sans jacket tailored ?

HI all... I'm asking if its possible to get the sleeves and the length of the torso slightly tailored. Right now everything else fits perfect, but i could use them to be a little shorter. I mostly use it as a windbreaker when I'm biking / skateboarding... so im not worried about losing a little bit of water resistance.
