Mines won’t replenish :/

I’m playing the original Skyrim on PC and I cleared out Halted Stream Camp (killed and mined everything). And it says on the Skyrim wiki it takes 10 Skyrim days to replenish a cleared mine, I’ve waited about 14 Skyrim days and it’s still totally depleted. What’s happening?
