Package still in Georgia where it has been for 2 days. Claimed severe weather delay when I was suppost to get today.

Am I missing something? My package have been sitting in atlanta for 2 days then the day I'm supposed to get it theres a claimed severe weather delay. I'm pretty sure Georgia has been nice the past few days. Still hasnt updated to say when I should be getting it and customer service was no help. Can anything be done?
