Unable to full screen Rogers Anyplace TV on laptop but works fine on desktop

The Rogers Anyplce TV website's fullscreen button when I am watching a show on my laptop does not work. When I press it nothing happens. It does not work on any channel. The volume slider, pause and CC buttons work though. It does not work in Chrome or Internet Explorer.

On my desktop it works fine no problems.

What is causing this problem?
