Rank vs total COA?

I am sure this has been asked before I just can't find anything, so if you'd rather comment a link than reply I would totally be happy with that!

As I sit her waiting for the lsat gods to drop my November score this Saturday, I can't help but run through the list of schools and weigh rank vs debt. I currently have a 3.72 and a 161 on file, and while I realize I could get into so pretty good schools (likely sans scholarship D: ), I am wondering if rank 30s vs say 50s or 60s really matters when in the end I would be saving thousands and thousands of dollars - pending a good scholarship at one of the 50s-60s schools. I don't want to do big law, but I do want to do international law so I am being rather selective in picking schools with good programs.

Not sure where is best to focus my attention and any advice would be much appreciated!
