New Management Issues causing late rent (OH)

So we had a new management company take over my building and it's been a huge mess. They came in the middle of October and never reached out to me except for posting a flyer notifying us on our doors and around the building. For a long while the phone number wouldn't work and either would the website. The flyer said they would be sending us a link to pay rent, but that never came. Come November I sent them an email telling them my mom pays my rent so I need the link to pay online, they respond a while later asking for information and after I give it to them I get no response. I emailed them again and tried to call but no response. I finally went down to the leasing office and got it sorted where they said all late fees were waived because of this issue.

Since I usually pay on autopay (I set it up when I paid my rent the first time) I went on my way. In the past I had issues where our electric wouldn't notify us we went over unless we were late, but since my roommates have moved out I have not had electric overages. Basically, the autopay option didn't get saved and they served me today with a notice to leave the premises in three days. I never got a call or email or notification (since my mom pays I have no access to whether or not the payment goes through) so I had no clue I was past due. I immediately paid it once I found out and now reading Ohio law it sounds like this mishap could result in an eviction.

I have been late on electric before (I've lived here for over a year) because the electric payments would show up some days after rent so I would miss them and not be notified in my email until they were late. Usually it has just been late fees that I accrued. We don't get bills sent to us, they are just on this resident portal with no notification to any email or phone so it has always been hard to check the right time for electric (I've complained to previous management about this issue in person). The past management I would get an email that my rent was paid or not paid, now with the new system I thought I would have known I was late....not that I was up to be evicted. What do I do now?

Edit in my lease rent is due the first and late the fourth. I received this notice on the fifth and no other notice before*
