Can I copy a website created with a web builder to another host that doesnt use the builder?

Hey everyone. I created a website using a web-builder but unfortunately, the company i used has some major issues. They're blocked in some countries. I didn't even think to consider this. Idiotic oversight on my end. Regardless, now I have an entire site locked into their builder. Is there any way I can copy the site and move it to another server? Maybe FTP files or something? I really dont want to have to redesign the whole thing all over again if I can avoid it in any way. Any guidance would be helpful!
