Has anything changed for Righteous Fire this patch? *New*

Not really sure what anything in the patch notes means but this is the build I was trying in 3.4 really recently and Im enjoying it, wondering if its still good to use come Friday.

Also will I be able to access my stash with the new League Characters? What are some good things to do before a new League to get ready and set up?
