First time buyer

Long time lurker and I just signed up to get some advice on possibly buying my first 4runner.

It's a 2006 Sport V8 131,000 miles. It is mostly stock, but does have a leveling kit and 32in tires. The dealer does not have too many service records though he did sell it to the previous owner. The Carfax is clean and there is a sticker under the hood that says that the timing belt was done SEP 2016 at 116,000 miles. I did not see any significant rust underneath and will bring it to a mechanic prior to buying it. $11,200 out the door.

Anything in particular that I should be on the lookout for? How is the price? Thanks in advance.
