The beaming moonlight was the only thing that made the thick woods viewable as I continued to put as much distance as possible in between me and the starting line. The thick foliage was hard to run in. There would be small clearings where I could sprint, but most of the time I had to hop over old rotting logs on the ground, or duck under low hanging branches that would slap me in the face if I wasn’t careful.

I was in a race for my life. If I make it to the bridge on the other side of the arena, then I was home free. But if I was caught, lord knows what would happen to me. I had been homeless ever since I got payed off from working at the old saw mill a few counties over. And the prospect of winning $50,000, would change my life forever. How could I not take the offer. Unless I started selling drugs again, how else would I come across that kind of money.

But it’s not the like the risks weren’t there. I wasn’t just running for my health. I am running because just 5 short minutes behind me, a hunter was chasing after me. She was the only thing that could stop me from collecting my prize. If she catches me though, my life would end in what I’m sure would be a spectacular fashion. When I signed the waiver, I basically signed that absolutely anything could happen to me. And even though the thought of all that is absolutely terrifying, the light at the end of the rainbow is the duffel bag filled with sweet cash.

I sprinted away through another small clearing and as I reached the next tree line, the sound of a booming cannon marked that the 5 minutes were over and now my pursuer would be on my heels in no time. I turned back around and picked up the pace, trying to race to the finish line that was 10 long miles away.

I hope you all enjoy this little prompt and thank you for reading it. I’ve been wanting to try this for an extremely long time now. I have zero limits. If you can’t tell, I do love anything related to female domination. But because I love to play the sub, doesn’t mean that I can’t grab the reigns and switch it up. I just love to write with engaging partners that push me to be a better writer. So bring all ideas.
