Need help troubleshooting pave audio output

So I just bought the PSVR on Black Friday. Everything is working great except the audio. When I plug in either my headphones (Turtle Beach Ear Force PX24) or the ones provided, I get no audio. When I go to the Audio Device settings, it shows Headphones connected to VR as Audio Outpit device. Volume Control, Output to Headphones and Switch Output Device Automatically options are all grayed our and cannot be change. However the Output to Headphones options does read as All Audio which I feel like should make it work but it doesn’t. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Edit:Should read PSVR in post. My bad. Also solutions I’ve tried: Doublechecking everything is plugged in and resetting both PS4 and PSVR.
