Where to Source Sabre RGB Pads?

A Sabre I picked up about 1.5 years ago has developed the dreaded double-click bug.

From what I've been reading, it seems like a mix of firmware debouncing issues and a spate of flaky Omron switches. Seeing as it's going to likely cost 30 to 50% the cost of this mouse to deal with shipping, and I've got an electronics lab for boards (including pesky BGAs), I figured I'd just swap the switches myself. The mouse has otherwise been enjoyable.

So the pressing matter is, getting it apart and back together won't be an issue, but I'm concerned those PTFE pads on the bottom might not make it out entirely alive :P. I saw Corsair sells pads as a separate SKU for their fancier mice. Any word about getting the glide pads for a Sabre?
