Bethesda please fix the challenges, PLEASE <3

As the title says, bethesda please fix the challenges. I have about 8 that are totally broken thus far and the list keeps getting bigger. Locations found is broken. Recipes learned. FLowers picked. Fully rank perk cards....etc the list goes on. For an end game player challenges are really all that keeps me playing this game till new content comes out and with a lot of them being broken, well there isn't much else for me to do.
