[Skin Concerns] Under eye lines within hours

Hello. I have always had very smooth under eyes. No creases or anything. I just turned 28 last month, but have never showed signs of aging at all. I started noticing my pores after I had my baby, so I bought 3 awful very drying products due to lack of research. My face was so oily, ( which I have now learned it meant it was dehydrated. If I would have known that I wouldn't have done this to myself! ) So I bought a clay mask, pore refining exfoliating scrub, and retinol. The retinol happened to be in a Neutrogena moisturizer, and SPF, and actually said yo slather it on every 2 hours.. Which after much more research on retinol makes zero sense! I used the scrub twice, the clay mask once, and the cream one time. The cream was on my face for a total of 5 hours! That's all! And the lines appeared. The next morning I had rednedd and puffiness under one eye, so I assumed the crease was from that. Once it went away the lines stayed. I also wasn't drinking hardly any water that week. ( I know I'm horrible. ) I had no idea what was going on, so that whole week I continued to just dry my face out all week. That was 3 weeks ago now. It's only been 2 that I have actually been taking care of it though. I did have really tight dry flaky skin, ( I've always had oily based skin ) so it was awful! I used hyaluronic acid serum and a Cetaphil face lotion, and after one use it helped the rest of my face. But not my under eyes. I have been drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Taking vitamins, eating salmon, and taking fish oil. Eating more fruits and vegetables. I have 3 lines under each eye. But I am also now noticing lines along my lash lines too. Like how is this getting worse!? I've completely stopped exfoliating. My guess is I damaged my moisture barrier over exfoliating and using drying products. Dehydrated my face? I am using a gentle rose water cleanser, then rose water spray, then the hyaluronic acid serum, and I use CeraVe moisturizer cream ( sometimes I use Cetaphil lotion for face ) and I only put the serum and cream under my eyes. When I happen to do my makeup I have bought way better makeup with SPF. I cleaned all my makeup brushes, and I wear it all very very lightly so I'm not doing more damage. I always do my hydrating routine now before any makeup. But I don't even put makeup under my eyes now. And I only have been wearing makeup like twice a week now. And now at night I have been trying to sleep in organic hexane free castor oil. I know it says it takes skin to renew in 28 days, and 37 for dehydrated skin. But what about under eye skin? I've unfortunately pit those drying products under my eyes. Which is why I research the crap out of everything now before I put it on my face! I did some before but not nearly enough! I thought as fast as they came they would go away just as fast. No dice! Has anyone else ever caused fine lines under their eyes? And have you repaired it?! Have I permanently damaged my under eye skin?? You always see people freaking out like I am about this stuff on different forums, and when they fix it they never come back and say " I fixed it! Yay! Here's how! " To give hope to anyone else going through it. I promise if I fix this I will come back and say what's up! But please help!! I feel like I'm doing all the right things with zero results!
