Ebay Gift Card questions.

I will preface this by saying im stupid and shouldnt have done this half assed. I went to target and purchased an 100 ebay gift card thinking I could purchase third party gift cards in this case (macy's/t.j maxx) for my mom to help with her shopping. I thought i was doing something right turns out i messed up which happens often. I know stores like bestbuy and newegg have official stores on ebay do any of the other major retailers in clothing or other places have anything like that?
