WTF is the 5th franchise? Do we get new charas in the end? Is arcsys fucking dead?

Ok this question might have been asked a few time but ffs what was that 5th franchise? I mean they tease it and we haven't heard of it since. What the hell, was that just a peeptease? Wtf ARCsys??? Do we get more characters?

I know it is hinted to be senran and all that but they did mention that 40 characters was the final roster and all. Do we actually get to have new content? Do we wait for next Granburaji?
