HELP I NEED ANSWERS

I don't know if this is too fucking cliche or shit, but I'm going to say it. I live in a nice neighborhood, with a nice community. Simple, I live like any other normal person would live like. But here is the thing, I always feel like I'm being watched. Sometimes I see like black shadows in the corner of my eyes, then it completely disappears. Heres the most creepiest thing to me, there is a mark on my basement window, and there's a fucking handprint. I know no once could have left that print. Do you know why? Because there is a net covering the window, and you can't take it off. Its been there for more then a month now. I'm pretty sure there is a spirit in my house, but as of right now it didn't do anything harmful. But I always feel so fucking creeped out in my basement. Its not even scary down there, but I feel like I'm always being watched down there. Even my dog barks sometimes at empty corners. Especially in the living room, even my parents think there is a spirit. Please I need answers, thank you.
