The battle of /r/overwatch: Highlights vs. Discussions

This has been an impasse on this subreddit for many years: do we ship highlight over to a separate subreddit to clean up for discussions, or just keep things in the same place?

Many threads have discussed this, some of which are the highest voted this year. But we still stand here, seeing the same thing.

So, I propose we use Automod to see if a highlight worthy of staying. Simply upvote the Automod comment on the highlight thread, and if it does not exceed a certain threshold after a certain amount of time, the highlight is removed.

This way interesting highlights stay, and there are less of them to sift through to get to any other content.
