Computer Won’t Boot

Note: this is my first “build” so please don’t assume anything I did is correct or not painfully stupid. :)

Originally my old computer wouldn’t boot, so I bought a new Corsair RM750X powersupply. Didn’t boot.

I troubleshot it down to the motherboard, and bought a new one (ASrock B450.)

Put a new Ryzen 2600 processor in it, and haven’t put the RAM in yet.

I went to power it up and no dice. So then I went to jump it, and no dice either.

I changed outlets, checked it’s plugged in? Checked the power switch is flipped to the “-“line instead of the “o” off.

I’m going nuts, and help is appreciated.
