adjustable dumbbells with kinda ergonomic grip

Hi folks,

I am looking into getting some adjustable dumbbells to cover the days when I cannot make it to the gym. Currently looking into 20-50lb range with 5lb increments. I am ok with the old fashioned systems with plates and collars but I hate the handles they all seem to have! that metal textured thin grip area of even thickness is killing me. I wonder if someone could point me to dumbbells with tapered/curved handles similar to the ones often seen on fixed dumbbells (like these ones for instance https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-Rubber-Encased-Hex-Dumbbell/dp/B074DZGRMG)? I saw some more fancy/expensive ones that also feature nice grips but I was not planning to splurge on bowflex etc... yet.
