XFX R9 380 4GB Bios Flash Gone Wrong

I cheaped out on my Graphics card at bought an ex-mining XFX Double Dissipation R9 380 4GB that needed a bios flash before it could work properly as a normal gaming card.

I've seen several people do them online and even found the stock bios on techpowerup fairly easily.

The flash itself went off without a a hitch but when I rebooted the PC I would get the VIDEO_SCHEDULAR_INTERNAL_ERROR when trying to boot normally.

I did manage to get the PC into safemode, disable the GPU and then boot into Windows normally and attempted to flash it again but after flashing it the second it did the exact same thing.

Does anyone know where else I could find this bios?

If anyone has one of this card and can get a copy of the bios with GPU-Z that would be great too.
